1. Publication Frequency. The journal is published twice a year, with two issues annually.

2. Rolling Publication System. Accepted articles are published online as soon as they have completed the editorial process and are ready for publication. Articles are accumulated within the corresponding issue until the predetermined article quota is met.

3. Timely Publication. This system enables accepted articles to be published promptly without requiring authors to wait until a specific publication month, while maintaining the journal's biannual publication frequency.
